File a grand theft auto complaint?

That is the absurdity of it. If the government says there is no criminal civil-rights investigation, then holding Renee Good’s car starts looking less like evidence control and more like state seizure without accountability.

So Minnesota law enforcement cannot use it as evidence?

RESIST | FIGHT's avatar

That’s the question people keep circling, and it’s exactly where things don’t add up.

If there’s no active federal case, holding the vehicle starts to look less like standard evidence handling and more like control over what the public can see, test, or challenge. A judge has already had to step in to force evidence to be turned over, which tells you this isn’t moving in a normal, transparent way.

And why have so many cars showing up at auction lately in our local weekly? I guess it’s hard to make the payments when you’re in a camp.

They cremated Kirk after 10 days, so yea, safe to say “still under investigation “ is code for we want to delay or hide our findings.

RESIST | FIGHT's avatar

That contradiction is hard to ignore. If there is no active investigation, “still under investigation” starts to sound less like transparency and more like delay.

To cover up the truth.

RESIST | FIGHT's avatar

That is what it looks like. If there is no active investigation, holding Renee Good’s car stops looking like evidence preservation and starts looking like control of the record.

I didn't know they were! Wow, I missed that little piece of information. It seems to be a mute point at this point because the murderer is free and working again.

RESIST | FIGHT's avatar

That is exactly why the car still matters. If the person responsible is free and the government says there is no active investigation, then holding Renee Good’s car only deepens the question of what they are trying to control.

They keep trying to make Renee Good disappear behind softer language.

Jonathan Ross murdered her, called her a Bitch after he shot her in the head, and ICE still had enough machinery around him to turn the aftermath into protection instead of accountability.

Take it from them by overwhelming force.
